About SGE
The Sustaining Grassroots Empowerment (SGE) is a South Riverside Community Development (SRCDC) project in partnership with the Bevan Foundation. It is set to ignite civic engagement among migrant communities in Cardiff to amplify their voices and ensure they have a meaningful influence on the societal structures that shape their lives.
We aim to:
- Amplify the voices of SRCDC’s community members Develop an Engagement Strategy that fosters grassroots empowerment.
- Ten consultation responses relevant to the lived experiences of migrant communities in Cardiff.
- Develop a Policy Influencing Model.
- Develop a Peer Support Group Network.
