Cardiff Community Jobs Fair

On Wednesday 30th November between 10am to 3pm 

Dar-Ul-Isra mosque, is holding a community jobs fair to reach out in order to break barriers and reduce inequalities for disadvantaged, misrepresented ethnic minority communities.

 

Through this project, they aim to empower individuals, allowing them to reach their full potential by supporting them in progressing further in their current careers or making that first step towards entering the workforce and attaining sustainability. Dar-Ul-Isra Mosque has been working extremely hard with major Cardiff employers to launch it’s first annual job fair. 

 

Although the fair is held at a mosque, it is open to all and is not limited to Muslims.

 

On Wednesday 30th November between 10am to 3pm over 30 employers will hold stalls at DUI Mosque showcasing a wide variety of jobs including casual, part time, full time, entry level, graduate level, apprenticeships, lower skilled to specialist jobs in genetics, IT, forensics, marketing and sales

 

Stall holders include: 

  • PWC (Price Waterhouse Cooper)
  • Deloitte
  • Admiral Insurance
  • Welsh Water
  • Cardiff Council
  • Companies House
  • Public Health Wales
  • NHS Genomics 
  • Tramshed Tech (they represent over 100 technology and IT firms in Cardiff)
