If you are from a European Union country or the wider European Economic Area or are a Swiss citizen, then, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021. If your application is successful, you’ll get either settled or pre-settled status.

Do you need help with the application?

If you have a well-being issue, have experienced domestic violence, or are an older EU citizen (50+) currently living in Wales, then you are entitled to support from us when making your application.

Newport Mind are able to provide individual support with making your application for settled status. They have project workers based in Newport, Cardiff, Swansea, Pembrokeshire and Wrexham who have access to suitable mobile phones and a computer to help with completing an application.
