6. Appointment of the Centre’s Auditor
7. Report of representatives to the Committee (Board of Directors) of organisations named on the Schedule of Affiliated Organisations
8. Election of [not more than eight] members of the Centre to the General Management Committee (Board of Directors)
9. Members’ written motions (to be submitted to the Company Secretary at SRCDC’s registered office at Brunel St. Centre by 7th April 2018)

Membership, which is free, is open to residents of Riverside, Grangetown, and Canton who are eighteen years of age and upwards, and to community organisations operating in the area of benefit, and who accept the Centre’s Constitutional rules. If you are not already a Member and would like to become a member, you may complete a Membership Application Form.
If there are more than four elected Board members at the time of the AGM, those members in excess of four members, having the greatest length of office since their election, shall be required to stand down from office, and they shall be eligible for election at the AGM.
